Tips for patients: Accessing and using your ViiVConnect Savings Card

  • Where can I find my downloaded savings card?

    If you can’t find your downloaded savings card, try these steps:

    1. Check your Downloads folder for a PDF file or see if it opened in a separate browser tab
    2. If you still don’t see it, click ”Download” to try again or call 1-866-279-4705, Monday–Friday, 8 am–8 pm (ET), for help
  • How do I show my card at the pharmacy?

    You can show your card to your pharmacist in any of the following ways:

    • Open your mobile wallet and display the card on your phone
    • Show the card from your internet browser on your phone
    • Email the PDF of the card to yourself, then open the email on your phone and show the attachment at the pharmacy
    • Print the card and bring the paper copy with you

  • How do I use my savings card with a mail-order pharmacy?

    If your mail-order pharmacy is part of the ViiVConnect network, your savings card will be applied automatically, without any extra steps.

    Not sure if your pharmacy accepts the card? Just give them a call to check.

    If they don’t participate, you may still be able to save by submitting a Reimbursement Form.
